Alex Magur is a proud born and raised Palisadian, deeply connected to the unique charm and close-knit spirit that makes this community so special. Growing up amidst the area's breathtaking landscapes and strong bonds, Alex cultivated a lifelong passion for helping others thrive in the place they call home. With a steadfast commitment to not only rebuilding houses but also revitalizing lives and neighborhoods, Alex strives to be a trusted partner for those embarking on journeys of restoration and renewal or navigating undecided next steps. His dedication to community, paired with a genuine heart for service, fuels his mission to help Pacific Palisades shine brighter than ever.

Both Alex and his wife, Julia share deep roots in the area, having grown up in Pacific Palisades and Malibu. Alex attended Marquez Elementary, Paul Revere Middle School and Palisades High School before graduating from UC Santa Barbara. His first job was at Mail Boxes Etc. (The UPS Store), while Julia began her career at Paliskates and Keethly’s. Both their sons attend Calvary Christian School.

Together, Alex and Julia are driven by their shared love for the community that shaped them.
